Process
From first call to a working setup — usually two to four weeks
You get a written plan before we touch anything. Most work happens in your own Google, Facebook, and GoHighLevel accounts. Here is exactly what happens at each stage.
- 01
We listen
A kickoff call. We map how you sell, what you already use, and where enquiries die.
We walk your current path: ads, website, forms, phone, chat, CRM, and who replies when. We note what already works so we do not rebuild for sport.
- You bring
- Honest numbers on spend, volume, and where leads go quiet. Logins or a screen share of your tools.
- You get
- A clear picture of the leak — written in plain language, not a 40-slide deck.
- Timing
- One 30–60 minute call
- 02
You approve the plan
A simple diagram of ads, messages, and booking. Nothing gets built until you say yes.
You see the proposed path: what we touch first, what waits, and what success looks like (booked calls, not vanity clicks).
- You bring
- Decisions on offer, calendar rules, and who owns replies inside your team.
- You get
- A short written plan and scope you can approve or push back on before any build starts.
- Timing
- Usually 2–5 days after kickoff
- 03
We build in your accounts
Google, Facebook, tracking, and GoHighLevel stay yours. You get a short video update each week.
We work inside your ad accounts, GTM, and GoHighLevel — not a rented sandbox you cannot keep. Pipelines, forms, messages, and tracking go in with naming you can maintain.
- You bring
- Access, brand copy, and fast answers when we hit a fork (hours, scripts, routing).
- You get
- Weekly loom-style updates, a living checklist, and assets that remain in your logins.
- Timing
- Typically 1–3 weeks of build, depending on scope
- 04
We test it for real
We submit the form, trigger the ad lead, miss the call, and use the chat — like a customer would.
Every entrance gets a live test: form, Lead Ad, missed call, chat, and booking. We fix the odd cases before you announce anything.
- You bring
- A real phone and email to receive test messages. Someone to confirm calendar holds look right.
- You get
- A pass/fail walkthrough of the full path — and fixes for anything that fails.
- Timing
- 2–4 days of live testing before go-live
- 05
Hand over and support
Walkthrough, simple notes, and 30 days of help after go-live. Stay on if you want us to keep running it.
You leave with a short operating guide: what to change safely, what not to touch, and who to ping. Optional ongoing care for ads, CRM, and creative.
- You bring
- A decision on self-serve vs retained optimisation after the first month.
- You get
- Handover session, notes, and 30 days of support included with the build.
- Timing
- Go-live + 30 days support
Fit
What this process is not
We are not a media-buying marketplace, a locked white-label you cannot leave, or a 12-month contract before you have seen a plan.
No mystery scope
Build starts after you approve a written plan. If the leak is only CRM follow-up, we do not force a full ads rebuild.
Your accounts stay yours
Google, Meta, GTM, and GoHighLevel remain under your ownership. We work inside them and leave documentation you can keep.
Support after go-live
Thirty days of help is included with the build. Stay on for ongoing ads, CRM, or creative if you want a retained partner.
Book a call
Tell us where leads stall. We’ll tell you what to fix.
Thirty minutes. Bring how people find you today. We will say what is broken, what we would set up, and whether we are the right fit. No pitch deck.
